Immediately picking up after the events of Assassin's Creed II, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood pits Ezio Auditore da Firenze against a foe beyond anything the Assassins have ever faced!
Ezio must strike at the heart of the enemy in Rome, building a Brotherhood of Assassins capable of toppling one of the most infamous families in the history of the world: the powerful and corrupt Borgias.
City Upgrades
Transform the cruel and ruthless Rome of the Borgias into a city the Roman people can be proud of. Eliminate Borgia towers in order to free Roman merchants from oppression. Conduct public works projects to enrich Rome and further your control over various areas of the city. Monteriggioni was barely basic training compared to this!
The Brotherhood
Organize a cadre of assassins to assist in your secret battle against Templar forces. Recruit, train and task your assassins to make them hyper-effective assistants on your missions. Call upon your Brotherhood using the Brotherhood Assistance Maneuver (BAM) to attack or otherwise occupy foes with brutal efficiency... or have them fight alongside you in larger conflicts.

The purpose of these experiments is none of your concern... all you need do is try your best to accomplish the objectives set before you by Abstergo.
